Finding calm in chaos

Leave the hustle of work and the whirlwind of family life at the door.  Recharge your batteries in this quiet hour just for you.

Small group meditation course * 5 x 60 minutes in person * Beginners welcome

There’s a lot to worry about right now about, isn't there. From work to the kids to that never-ending to-do list. Not to mention the state of the world and current events. It's a constant barrage that causes the mind to spiral and thoughts to loop from the past to the future and back again.

But what if I told you there is a way to come back to calm even in the midst of chaos and the turmoil of life?

Something you can do anywhere, anytime and with no equipment needed.

Meditation.

Yes, I can hear you: “Pff, tried it, can’t do it", "as if that could help", "I’m not into woo-woo”, “I don’t have time”.

Well, I’m here to de-bunk all those myths and say you don’t have time not to. Meditation has long left the realm of the esoteric and has been proven to have a range of health benefits such as reducing stress and anxiety, improving concentration, sleep, immune function and managing chronic pain.

Regular practice, no matter how short, can help you to stay calm, present and focussed throughout your day.

Over five cosy Thursday nights we’ll explore different ways you can meditate and integrate it into your daily life. From breathing exercises, body scanning, visualisation meditations to the classic silent meditation (vipassana).

Group size is limited, so register soon to secure your place.
