Breathing is more than a biological necessity; it's a gateway to physical health, emotional balance, and inner calm. I've come to see conscious breathwork as one of the most direct and powerful ways to support healing and transformation. That's why I'm integrating it into my work—both as part of my coaching practice and through dedicated Breathwork Journeys. It's a natural extension of my commitment to helping people live more grounded, authentic lives.

Why Breathwork?


​Breathwork uses conscious breathing techniques to quickly calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and improve your overall health. By practicing healthy breathing regularly, you increase your tolerance to carbon dioxide—an essential but often overlooked factor in balanced breathing and optimal wellbeing. Approaches such as Buteyko-inspired methods, which focus on gentle nasal breathing and breath control, can enhance oxygen absorption, support cardiovascular and immune function, ease symptoms of asthma, and promote better sleep and digestion. Breathwork also helps release stored tension and regulate emotions. Simple yet powerful, it’s a tool for resilience, clarity, and returning to yourself—whenever you need it most.

Integrating Breathwork into Coaching
​

For coaching clients, breathwork techniques can be seamlessly incorporated into sessions to support trauma healing, emotional processing, physical health, and personal development. This integration enhances the coaching experience by providing tools for self-regulation and empowerment—giving you skills you can use long after our session ends.

Let me guide you through a deeply immersive, 60-minute Breathwork Journey using the GetHighOnYourOwnSupply® method, pioneered by Phillip Friedel—a powerful fusion of breathing techniques inspired by traditions like Pranayama, Wim Hof, and holotropic breathing. Through specific breathing patterns, music, and vocal guidance, I create a safe and supportive space for you to release tension, expand awareness, and reconnect with your inner calm.

These journeys take place in a small-group setting, offering an intimate and connected experience.
