Conscious Life Coaching

I follow a somatic approach to guide you towards greater emotional wellbeing, clarity, and fulfilment.


 Coaching for times of:


  • chronic stress

  • feeling hopeless or worthless

  • acute emotional crisis

  • low motivation

  • disconnection or conflict in relationships 


Sometimes we get to a point in life where we can’t see a way forward. Nothing is working out as we had planned, or we feel self-critical, worthless or stuck. Long periods of stress and anxiety have left us feeling burned out and empty.


Sometimes crisis hits from nowhere and we’re completely floored, unable to cope.


Alongside our emotional distress, physical symptoms such an insomnia, non-specific pain or digestion issues can appear. Our relationships begin to suffer, we find it difficult to connect to others, or are drawn into cycles of conflict.


If this is something you are going through right now, I am here for you with support. The first thing I want you to know is that whatever you are feeling, it is very understandable. The next thing you need to know is: there is a way forward.

Feeling into the body


How well we cope and respond during a life crisis isn’t merely a matter of mindset or positive thinking. So, you don’t need to beat yourself up for not making the “right” decision or not knowing what to do. You see, the true home of our emotions lies beyond the mind and in the body . Many of your emotional and physical responses in the present moment are protective responses of your autonomic nervous system, which is remembering experiences from the past. It’s working below your awareness and is trying to keep you safe. But what once kept you safe, may be now getting in your way…


The coaching process 

In our coaching sessions, either in person in Munich or online, we will go through a gentle process to help you to:

  • Understand why you feel or react the way you do, from your nervous system’s perspective.

  • Create awareness around what triggers you and when.

  • Discover techniques to regulate your nervous system and gain control of your emotional states – that is, move out of chronic states of fight, flight or freeze (shutdown) and come back to calm, clarity and ease.

  • Make peace with your past so you can move forward with less stress, fewer triggers and emotional blocks holding you back.

  • Create clarity around your goals or purpose in life and how to stay in alignment with them.


With nervous system health, comes emotional health.


With emotional health, comes physical health.
